Engineer, graduate of  Krakow University of Technology – master of the Department of Sanitary and Water Engineering. Graduated from post-graduate studies in the field of management at SGH – Warsaw School of Economics. Mr Boroń worked in the filed of heating for over 30 years, in his resume there is management experience  in Polish and international companies such as Dalkia, Veolia and MPEC in Krakow. Through 2012-2015 he was Director of Strategy and Energy Policy at Dalkia Term and Veolia Term. From 1998 he was working for PEC in Chrzanów in Lower Poland region, from 2004 to 2012 as CEO of the company, eventually transformed into Dalkia Chrzanów sp. z o.o. Through 1983-1998 Mr Boroń was working in the City Heating Company of Krakow (MPEC Krakow), being responsible for many fields, including technical departments as well as marketing. Since July 2015 Mr Boroń worked as Operational Director of Węglokoks Energy, the company he became a CEO of back in August 2016.
