Minister of Finance of Poland (2007-2013) and Deputy Prime Minister. He is the longest serving Polish Finance Minister, and during his term, which co-incided with the World economic crisis, Poland achieved the fastest growth of any OECD or European country.
Currently he is Chairman of the Board of the "Foundation for Contemporary Liberalism" in Warsaw
