He graduated from the Faculty of Sanitary Engineering in the field of Water Construction at Warsaw University of Technology and from the Graduate School of Business SEP 2006 at Stanford University, California.

He has been working for Warbud since 1995. As the Company’s Production Director he supervised the preparation of production process, technology and construction of a number of civil structures including among others the pylon of Świętokrzyski Bridge in Warsaw and Sucharskiego Bridge in Gdansk. In January 2005 he was appointed Director General, and in 2012 - Vice-Chairman of the Company’s Management Board. In February 2016 he became Chairman of Warbud S.A.’s Management Board.

During his career he has won a number of business awards. For the design of the construction technology for the Siekierkowski Bridge, he and his team received the First Degree Award of the Minister of Infrastructure for creative achievement in the fields of architecture and construction, and in recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of technology, also the First Degree Award of the Chief Technical Organization. For his achievements in the field of construction he received the titles of Best Manager 2008 and Member of the 13th Edition of the Meeting of the Board of the Polish Economy from the Home & Market monthly. He also received a badge of honour ‘for merits for the construction industry’ from the Minister of Construction.

In his free time he enjoys travelling to exotic places and sailing.
