Katarzyna Karasiewicz holds a Ph.D. in law from the Faculty of Law at the Warsaw University and a postgraduate diploma in Economics in Competition Law from King’s College London. Katarzyna is also a lecturer at postgraduate studies on Faculty of Law at the Warsaw University and at an MBA on Łazarski School. She is a co-author of commentary to the completion law act as well as an author of numerous publication regarding Polish and European commercial law.

Katarzyna specialises in competition law, consumer law (especially e-commerce), public procurement and state aid. She advises entrepreneurs in FMCG, AGD, transport, petrol, telecommunication, automotive, construction, energy and bank sector.
She gained experience in leading Polish law firms (Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak; Modzelewska and Paśnik) as well as in the Ministry of Justice.
