Katarzyna advised in a number of real estate acquisitions/disposals in Poland dealing with transaction tax structuring and tax due diligence. Due to her professional experience, Katarzyna combines legal background with thorough tax knowledge, what allows developing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, specializing mainly in transactional tax support covering international structuring of real estate acquisitions and financing schemes, restructuring of group business operations and on tax planning within holdings groups.
