Position: Chairman of the Board

He has served as President of the Wałbrzych SEZ – the largest special economic zone in Poland – since March 2016. During this time, the zone has increased its area by over 600 ha and attracted a number of new tenants, including Mercedes-Benz (the first investment project carried out by a premium carmaker in Poland).

After graduating from Wrocław University, Maciej Badora completed an apprenticeship as a judge at the Provincial Court in Wałbrzych with its seat in Świdnica. For over a decade he ran a law office specializing in commercial law in his hometown of Wałbrzych. He has always been actively involved in the life of the local community. He is married with two sons.
