Marcin Nowak role in Capgemini is to support leading Polish and Romanian Rightshore operations out of six Delivery Centers based in CEE. His role is not only limited to manage, but also develop, industrialize services and drive efficiency in line contractual targets.  He is expanding with new delivery locations across Eastern Europe, leverage Global Delivery Network expansion in Brazil and APAC as well.

At the same time Marcin Nowak is heading Global Service Line - Distributed Smart Services. DSS support is based on internal and third party vendor service structures across all geographical regions.

              On top of that Marcin Nowak is leading ABSL Regional community in Poland being focus on emerging regions as Katowice Agglomeration. The ABSL (Association of Service Business Leaders) is a leading organization representing the business services sector means: SSC, BPO, ITO, R&D companies.

Marcin Nowak is graduated as Master of Science on Technical University in Krakow and Master of Business Administration on Capital Business University in Warsaw. He has about 18 years’ experience on a few Leadership Team management positions, where before join Capgemini he worked for Hoechst and Dade Behring (Siemens Medical) as Member of Board / Customer Care Director.
