For last several years responsible for creation and further development of Power Generation Segment in PKN ORLEN Group. Responsible for preparation of two CCGT projects in excess of 1000MWe, comprehensive modernization program of assets within Capital Group, maintenance, efficiency initiatives and energy trading. Has extensive experience in managing large, complex, multi-cultural team in largest CEE Capital Group.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University (USA) with specialization in management. In 2006 he held the MBA from the University of Bradford (UK). Postgraduate studies in Warsaw Institute of Technology.

In 2006-2008 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of AB ORLEN Lietuva and to 2007 of three other companies in the ORLEN Capital Group.

Working in PKN ORLEN since 2006. In 2011-2015 he was the President of the company Baltic Spark Sp. z o. o. and Baltic Power  Sp. z o. o. Since 2015 he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Baltic Power Sp. z o. o.
