Mr Kondraciuk graduated from the Management Faculty of The School of Economics in Warsaw and The Warsaw University of Technology specializing in  Power Systems and Networks. He started his career in 1994 at the Utility- Zakład Energetyczny Warszawa- Teren . Afterwards he was engaged in establishing of the Polish daughter company for STS (currently BTC). For Siemens. he has been working since 2000, initially in power automation systems. Then in 2008-2010 he was the Director of Sales for Poland and Central-Eastern Europe at Pentair/Schroff. Since 2010, at Siemens, he has been responsible for complex solutions for power transmission and distribution, first as the Director of Energy Distribution, Smart Grid, Low & Medium Voltage Division and currently Head of Energy Management Division
