Responsible for Major Projects Advisory practice in Poland. Civil Engineer by training, Michał is a project and cost manager of construction contracts with 23 years of international track record. His experience includes being engaged in all phases of construction projects in the sectors of transportation, water, industry and power. Member of the Council of Experts at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction. Accredited adjudicator, advisor in construction disputes, he specializes in time-related claims and quantum calculation, author of over 40 articles and books.
