Mirosław Kowalik - CEO of Enea since January 2016 - coordinates the issues related to the overall activities of the Company and the Group Enea.
Miroslaw Kowalik is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Maritime Academy in Gdynia. He graduated from the executive MBA (program Rotterdam School of Management in collaboration with the University of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development) to give the title of Executive Master of Business Administration. He also completed postgraduate studies Finance Management Business School of Economics in Warsaw. Currently held Ph.D. Executive Doctor of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economic Sciences. Miroslaw Kowalik participated in numerous training courses, including: Advanced Quality Management Programme, Six Sigma Development Programme, Power Plant Sales Engineer Technical Training, PP-SETT in Switzerland and Germany, Project Planning & Control Programme, Mountaineer Leadership Programme, Business Leaders Development Programme.
