Position: Partner, Head of Advisory for Government and Infrastructure in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe

A graduate of the Executive Master of Public Administration Program, Evans School of Public Policy at the University of Washington and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

He has almost 20 years of experience in providing professional advisory services. He led consulting projects within the areas of social policy (e.g. integration of information and management of social services for large local governments; pilot implementation of contracting services for employment engagement based on success fee – payment type; analysis of the operating costs of health insurance premiums for the unemployed), infrastructure (improvement of the processes of planning and managing infrastructure projects for cities and government agencies, the introduction of asset management standards for optimization of  the maintenance expenditures; development of National Flood Risk Management Plans and the update of the Water Management Plans), implementation of large scale IT projects.
