Position: advisor of the president of the management board

Ms. Morawiecka has been the Member of the Board of the Polish Electricity Association since 2013 and has been active in the energy sector for more than 15 years. She joined the Polish Energy Group (PGE) in 2006 and held various positions within the strategy, investment and regulatory affairs areas. Between 2010 and 2016 she held the position of Strategy Director, responsible for external and internal strategic analyses, proposing long term development plans for the Group, and managing government and regulatory affairs. Currently Ms. Morawiecka serves as a Senior Advisor to the CEO. In the past she had worked in consulting firms, realizing various projects in energy, gas and heating sectors. Ms. Morawiecka graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with an M.A. in banking and finance, and also holds the Masters in International Management degree granted by Community of European Management Schools.
