He was graduated from the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professionally engaged in the chemical industry.

He worked, among others, as:

- Director of the Corporate Department of Strategy and Development of the Grupa Azoty S.A. (2014–2016)

- Director of the Strategy and Development Division of the Zakłady Azotowe "Puławy" S.A. (2009–2013).
