He is half-Congolese, half-Pole, born in Poland, grew up in Africa. He studied at the University of Gdańsk and post graduated at École Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen in France, in Finance and Banking. He has 20 years of professional experience, both in Europe and in Africa. He was dealing with import, export, sales, marketing and management. He was with HEINEKEN for 12 years, where in 2006, he was awarded the best manager for Africa and the Middle East. He also worked for UNILEVER and UNIBRA. He managed breweries.
