Position: Director

Director of The Centre for EU Transport Projects (CEUTP), member of the Railway Expert Board at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction.

Substantially experienced in advising public sector entities in the field of economic and financial analysis and feasibility studies.

He worked in financial advisory’ companies as director responsible for public sector investment projects. Przemysław Gorgol was also an independent consultant and used to work for leading international consulting companies. He gained experience in implementation of international projects supported by the European Commission, drafting investment plans and Operational Programs in the framework of 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 EU multiannual budgets. From 2002 to 2006 he held position of a deputy director in the Ministry of Infrastructure where he was responsible for the financial assistance from Phare programme, pre-accesion instrument ISPA and structural funds from “Transport” Operational Programme 2004-2006.


Przemysław Gorgol holds a university degree in law. He completed numerous courses in the field of investment financing and infrastructural projects and investments management in Europe as well in the United States.
