Tomasz Sikorski

Graduated from the Electronics and Information Technology Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology at which he became M.Sc. in 1994 and the Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1999.

Started career at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1994. Dealt as part of research and development activities with issues related to electricity markets and computer systems supporting the decision-making process in the scope of management of power system operation under competitive conditions.

Associated since 1999 with PSE S.A. being in charge of administration of a mechanism for balancing the Polish power system. Takes part as a representative of PSE S.A. in national and international activities conducted by teams dealing with the development and implementation of market mechanisms in power engineering. The representative of PSE S.A. in the ENTSO-E's Market Committee.

The Vice-President of the Management Board of PSE S.A. since 31 December 2015.
