He graduated in Management and Marketing from Wrocław University of Economics. During his studies, he worked for over two years as a Surveyor with Pracownia Badań Społecznych seated in Sopot, a social research company researching political preferences and consumer habits. Then, he worked six months as a Project Manager Assistant and Trainer Assistant with training agency Profes. He was also shortly a Consultant with SJOS, a business consulting company, where he took part in an implementation of financial controlling function project in power industry company.

After graduation, he joined Procter & Gamble for almost nine years. As Key Account Manager, he managed a team responsible for cooperation with one of top P&G customers (real,- METRO group). He also managed numerous strategic sales support projects for P&G portfolio. He also supported the development of the organization as an internal trainer and a certified recruiter for managerial positions.

After becoming Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager for CEEMEA (Central Europe, Africa and Middle East Markets), he developed and implemented new product strategies for Detergent category in dependent markets. He provided strategic consulting services for key customers in the Region (in-store innovation and projects based on shopper’s psychology). He also developed sales concepts and market initiatives by actively cooperating with the concern’s HQ. For his achievements, he was awarded Brand Building Gold Award. After coming back to Poland, he took over the position of Trade Marketing Manager at Gillette and was responsible for launching new products and market execution of marketing initiatives in all sales channels.

Since December 2010, he has handled the Sales Department in Polish branch of a leading logistics operator – DB Schenker. As Sales Director, he was a member of the company’s top Management Group; he also represented DB Schenker Polska before the European Sales Steering Team.

Additionally, from March 2009 to the end of 2011, he was Vice President of the Management Board of Metromedia Polska, an advertising company specialising in mobile advertising carriers.

Currently, he performs the function of the President of the Management Board of Lensvision Sp. z o.o.
