Graduate of the University of Warsaw - Faculty of Law and Administration, completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology - Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, as well as the Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw - Faculty of Management.
He also worked in both local and state administration. He was involved in advising on EU funding and participated in the preparation and implementation of investment projects in the energy sector.
