Position: Chairman of the Board

The founder and the President of the Management Board of EUVIC Sp. z o.o., an IT company from Gliwice (previously LGBS Polska Sp. z o.o.), and also the President of the Management Board of IT Works S.A.

He is the founder and inventive force behind the EUVIC Technology Group that is currently the largest federation of IT companies in the CEE region. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards in KOMEX, Bonair and Hycom. He is the winner of ‘the Visionary of ICT’ award and a finalist of ‘the Entrepreneur of the Year 2014’, the competition organized by Ernst & Young. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, in private life he is a ski instructor, a sailing enthusiast and a keen motorcyclist.

Under his command EUVIC both develops its own software and adjusts to customer’s needs and then implements third-party software. The Company provides its services in the areas of manufacturing outsourcing, application maintenance, body leasing, work in the off-shore model, and also turn-key projects, implementation projects and consulting projects.

Euvic consistently perfects its portfolio, adding still new services to help companies to begin and to complete digital transformation of their businesses, such as ‘IDeation-as-Service’ – that enables companies to test their digital ideas during several days or weeks and ‘Agile Dev Factory’ that is a form of IT outsourcing and enables putting the idea into practice and developing software on the basis of the most flexible principles of cooperation and methodology. In addition to development of services, Euvic works also on creation of its own products – an example of a new solution is the Vast-Rehab system that facilitates rehabilitation using virtual reality technology.

Euvic has very quickly entered the international arena and it may already boast references from more than 20 states. Now the most important areas of the Company’s export sales are Western European countries, Scandinavia, the USA, Canada and Australia; its value of export accounts for over 30 percent of its revenues. Euvic has daughter companies in the USA and Germany and physical offices in the Netherlands and Austria, too.
