In the years 1981-1989 - studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (the theory of construction) and the Faculty of Architecture of Cracow University of Technology; master's and engineering degree in architecture.

In the years 1991-1998 – worked at Urban Architecture Studio in Kielce; From 1999 up to the present day – local government official at Kielce City Hall. Mayor’s Plenipotentiary for city revitalisation since 2003, director of the Office for Spatial Planning (2005-2016); director of Department for City Development and Revitalisation since September 2016; Department matters: city development strategy, spatial planning, construction administration (location of public purpose investments), revitalisation and economic activation, Investor Assistance Centre.

Lecturer of the subject "Spatial Planning" at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture at the Kielce University of Technology (since 2010).
