Klara Banaszewska is the General Manager of Grayling Poland, Polish branch of Grayling, a leading international communications consultancy with one of the strongest footprints in CEE region (part of Huntsworth Group).

For the last several years, she has been acting as top-level advisor to management boards and leaders of the most renown Polish and international corporations, offering tailor made strategies in the area of reputation management, crisis communications and public affairs.

Klara is a jury Member of the Złote Spinacze awards organized by the Association of the Public Relations Companies and a member of the Advisory Board of the Leadership Academy for Poland- the initiative seeking to contribute to the development of good leadership for Poland.
