Past professional experience: Reinhold Polska, CFO, responsible for financial and operational restructuring of the Warsaw Stock Exchange listed developer, refinancing of running and financing of new projects; KPMG Corporate Finance Restructuring, Associate, advisory on projects of financial and operational restructuring of enterprises, corporate and NPL portfolios valuations.

Responsible for successful delivery of 37,000 sqm of usable area and PLN 272,000,000 of sales value of residential and office/retail projects so far.

Mr. Gotkiewicz has graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
