Marcin Bejm has 17 years of experience in advising on transactions and projects regarding various types of infrastructure assets, carried out in Poland and across the CEE region. He provides legal advice to entities involved in greenfield and brownfield investment projects regarding hard and social infrastructure. He was engaged in transactions and projects in all key infrastructure sectors, including airports, sea ports, motorways, railways, healthcare, mass transportation, renewable energy, waste management, IT, urban regeneration, water and sewage, as well as the oil and gas sectors. He advises on the preparation or negotiation of PPP contracts, concession agreements, EPC contracts, EPCM contracts, O&M contracts, supply contracts, off-take agreements, tolling agreements, licence agreements, direct contracts, investment contracts and support agreements. He also provides legal advice on public law, public procurement and state aid.

His clients include industry sponsors, contractors, institutional investors, international financial institutions, banks, local governments and utility companies.

Marcin Bejm is ranked individually in Band 1 in Chambers & Partners’ directory for infrastructure and projects. Legal500 recognises him for public law (Leading Individual) as well as investment funds, banking and finance, energy and natural resources. Chambers & Partners also ranks him in Band 3 for public procurement.

He is a co-founder of Centrum PPP and an author of a number of publications on PPP and concessions.
