Martin Hančar is a graduate of the Electrical Power Engineering and Modern Heat Engineering at the University of Technology in Brno.
He started his career at OKD, a.s., then he worked at the Voivodship Office in Karviná, ED Elekt Power Plant and HTS, a.s. Since 2008 he has been working in the structures of the CEZ Group as the General Director in CEZ Skawina.
