An expert in development strategy, corporate restructuring, and the management of transformation processes. Since 1996, he has served as President of the Management Board of DGA S.A., a consulting firm listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004.
He possesses extensive experience in executing strategic and restructuring projects for both enterprises and public institutions. He specializes in areas related to organizational development, improving corporate efficiency, and change management.
He is a court-appointed expert for the Regional Courts in Warsaw, Poznań, and Szczecin.
