Andrzej Krzemiński graduated in 1990 from International Trade Faculty at Central School of Planning and Statistics (now: Warsaw School of Economics). He has been actively participating in polish financial sector for last 30 years, starting his carrier back in 1990 in Bank of Economic Initiatives (today Millennium Bank S.A.) - the first privately owned bank in Poland. In 1996 he became one of the grounders of modern retail banking by taking on the Millennium Project that after two years converted into fully fledged retail bank. Between 1998 and 2002 he managed Sales Department of consumer investment products in TFI Bank Handlowy, then Sales Dept. in Handlobank and later Citibank and Citifinancial. From 2002, as a vice - president he was responsible for consumer finance division at Lukas Bank that belonged to Credit Agricole. In 2005 he took over the responsibility as a vice - president and later as a president of EFL S.A. - (European Leasing Found) Polands' leader in leasing sector. He was the author and initiator of many development projects - among others - establishing of fleet enterprise Carefleet S.A. and setting up a factoring enterprise Credit Agricole Commercial Finance S.A, both companies belonging to EFL Capital Group. He was a member of the Executive Committee and tater in years 2009-2012 the Chairman of Management Board of Polish Leasing Association Andrzej Krzemiński was a member of boards of directors in Leaseurope, Fiat Bank S.A and Credit Agricole Bank S.A. He also was a member of board of directors in many subsidiary companies of EFL. From August 2012 he was a vice - CEO in Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. when he was responsible corporate banking. Between 2014 and 2017 Andrzej Krzemiński was CEO at Raiffeisen - Leasing Poland. Between April 2014 and 2017 Krzemiński was CEO at PKO Leasing. From 2016 he is Chairman of the Executive Committee of Polish Leasing Association.
