Agnieszka Lipska

Partner in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Banking and Finance team. She is a lawyer with extensive background in project finance, acquisition finance, property finance, asset finance, corporate finance, bond issues and restructurings. She worked on two of the largest PPP projects on the Polish market, as well as various other one-of-a-kind transactions (e.g. a hybrid project finance deal). Agnieszka has broad experience in acting as both the borrower’s or the lender’s counsel and closed many transactions which involved several jurisdictions. Throughout her career Agnieszka has been a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars and training on: syndicated lending, agency roles, project finance structures, FATCA, direct agreements and PPP specific features.
