Kacper Nosarzewski

Kacper Nosarzewski is a partner at 4CF and a board member at the Polish Society for Future Studies.

He served as a strategic foresight consultant for international institutions such as UNESCO or UNDP as well as for enterprises and non-governmental organizations. He is listed as an expert by the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technology. He is also a NATO expert and has developed methodologies and facilitated foresight projects for the Ministries of National Defense in Poland and the Netherlands.

He conducted workshops for companies and government institutions around the world, including Polish companies from the FMCG sector, Brazilian mining companies, government agencies in Tunisia and Norway and for the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Colombia.

He is a University of Warsaw graduate, and an alumnus of the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Program.
