The 12th edition of the European Economic Congress was reported in TV, the press, radio stations and web portals by over 350 journalists representing more than 100 editorial teams. In 2020 the event was reported or mentioned in over 20,000 publications. Its advertising value equivalency, i.e. the amount of money that would have to be spent on ads and air-time in order to achieve the same media reach, as of 2 October 2021 was estimated at more than PLN 47 million.
The event was also broadly commented on social media platforms – on three days in September it was mentioned over 4,500 times on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, blogs and microblogs, all reaching as many as 30 million unique users.
