Passionate about development of management competencies, focused on value delivered to a Client’s business. He has been managing large teams for 20 years, building HR processes in innovative and effective way, connecting the world of human resources with a business organization's strategy.
He has been involved in client projects in Europe and other countries among others Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Italy and India. Artur is a graduate of the Kielce University of Technology, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University and holds an MBA from GFKM - Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He is a certified change management practitioner (PROSCI).
