Chief of Infrastructure Construction Division of Budimex SA. In Budimex SA since 2006. Cezary Łysenko is a road construction engineer. Since 2006, he has completed dozens of contracts on GP, S and A class roads as a representative of general contractor. In the organizational structures of Budimex S.A. from 2009 to 2018 as chief of district, later director of the northern department of infrastructure. From January 2020, he is responsible for the management of infrastructure construction in all company.
