Karol Sadaj has been managing Aion Bank since November 2020. He is responsible for all commercial activities in the Polish market. He is specialised in launching new brands and solutions related to technology and finance. He gained his experience working for global brands, such Revolut, Uber, Google, PepsiCo or Philip Morris. He has extensive knowledge of consumer trends and their changing needs that helps to effectively implement innovative tools in the product and service development on the Polish market.
He is actively involved in mentoring and consulting for startups. Karol is passionate in technological innovation and diving. Karol graduated in management and marketing at the University of Gdańsk.
