Krzysztof Andrulewicz

Krzysztof Andrulewicz is Executive Director for Business Relations at ALDESA, a Spanish company whose strategic partner is China Railway Construction Corporation, the 3rd largest construction company in the world.

Krzysztof has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in various management roles, including as CEO of Skanska, which successfully delivered very large projects, and as President of Archicom, a listed residential developer.

Krzysztof has experience as a leader of large scale transformation processes (8000 FTE / 1 EUR+ BN) to achieve modern and efficient business structures. He also has experience working in smaller organisations, implementing cultural change, defining vision and strategy and new business models.

He graduated from Wroclaw University of Technology in 1993 and received his MBA in 1996. He also completed courses at IMD Switzerland, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and Jacek Santorski Academy of Leadership Psychology.
