Marcin Różycki from 2018 to 2021 was holding the position of Deputy Mayor of Kielce. He was responsible for tasks in the field of tourism, sports, education, culture and health. For many years his career was connected with the hotel industry, for five years he was the deputy director of one of the largest hotel complexes in Kielce.

Różycki is a PHD student and lecturer at the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce. He obtained MBA degree at Warsaw Management University. He is also a graduate of the Pedagogical University in Kielce in the field of Management and Marketing.
