Piotr Uściński (born in 1977) graduated in computer engineering and electronics from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology (2004) and from the Management Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics (2006, postgraduate). He is also a graduate of Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he completed a postgraduate course in Business Psychology (2010). He also completed MBA studies.

For 17 years, he was a local government employee at various levels of local government. Starost of Wołomin poviat in the period of 2010-2014.

He ran his own business and managed commercial law companies.

Member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th term, Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Life and Family, Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Development and Support of Enterprises.

In the Ministry of Development and Technology, he is responsible for construction, spatial planning and housing.
