Owner and CEO of ABC Czepczyński and Simple Way, companies providing forwarding services
in European road transport. Creator of the proprietary carrier verification system "SafeCargo", actively involved in the prevention of mass theft of cargo.Owner of the SONRISO boutique travel agency and the Carelius insurance multiagency. Co-owner of WEZAJ holiday resort and MUFU creative agency. Founder (with his wife) Czepczyński Family Foundation, whose main goal is to increase accessibility to educate the youngest as part of the ABC Economics and ABC Empathy projects. Both projects already operate in almost 3,500 schools and kindergartens in Poland and over 250 abroad. Member of the Board The Family Business Network Poland and the Council of Family Businesses at the Lewiatan Confederation.

Family Philanthropist of the year 2019 by Forbes magazine, laureate of the Janusz Korczak Award (2022) and TOP Charity 2022 for his commitment to helping Ukraine.
