COLLECTING THE BADGES
The building of the International Congress Centre, entrances A, B and C at Olimpijska street

- 9 May, 2024: 8.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.
Upon registration, each participant will receive a badge. Anyone willing to return to the building of the International Congress Centre after leaving it will be asked to produce the badge.
Due to the high level of interest in the event, and in order to avoid traffic jams, we ask that you arrive at the International Congress Centre in good time.
BADGE
The VIP badge allows its holder to:
- participate in the Congress in-person in the International Congress Centre in Katowice (7-9, May 2024),
- access the VIP Zone during banquets and conferences,
- access the Premium Zone during banquets and conferences,
- participate in banquets organized by the PTWP Group
- participate in the TOP Municipal Investments awards gala 2024,
- participate in the EEC Start-up Challenge 2024 awards gala,
- participate in the Investor Without Borders awards gala 2024,
- access to all broadcasts and rebroadcasts of sessions of the European Economic Congress,
- use the messaging app (offering the possibility of arranging meetings).
The PREMIUM badge allows its holder to:
- participate in the Congress in-person in the International Congress Centre in Katowice (7-9, May 2024),
- access the Premium Zone during banquets and conferences,
- participate in banquets organized by the PTWP Group

The language of all presentations is Polish. All sessions will be interpreted simultaneously (PL-EN). Selected sessions will be PL/UA interpreted. All available languages will be included in the agenda.

During the Congress, you are also welcome to visit the INFO points located on the premises of the International Congress Centre: in the lower lobby and the foyer of the conference rooms.

RESTAURANT
The EMCEK Bistro restaurant, located in the Lower Foyer of the International Congress Centre, will be open during the event.
The services of the EMCEK Bistro are charged extra.
TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION
With participants of the European Economic Congress in mind, the local hotels are offering their services at preferential rates.

CAR PARK
Strefa Kultury (Culture Zone) - next to the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra building
The car parks located in the Culture Zone are available exclusively for visitors:
- Holders of a VIP and Speaker status - SK1 VIP section - entrance from Olimpijska street. During the event, the SK1 VIP car park is supervised 24h, but it is not guarded.
- Holders of a Premium status - the SK2 PREMIUM and SK3 PREMIUM sections - entrance from Haralda street. During the event, the SK2 PREMIUM and SK3 PREMIUM car parks are supervised 24h during, but they are not guarded.
Parking for VIP and Premium guests is free of charge. Entering the car park is possible only upon producing a unique pass (downloadable from each participant’s account). The number of parking spaces is limited. Parking is only possible in designated areas.
If parking spaces are occupied, we encourage you to use the car parks located around the International Congress Centre.
There are public car parks, available for charge, around the International Congress Centre and the Spodek arena.
Outisde of Culture Zone
- Underground Altus car park - 550 parking spaces, an eight minute walk away from the International Congress Centre/the Spodek arena.

Parking for up to three hours is free of charge. The cost of each additional hour of parking is PLN 5, to be paid at the vending machines located at both car parks. Payment by cash as well as by card is possible. Parking for single-track vehicles is free of charge. Both car parks can be accessed from Dobrowolskiego street.
