Thematic scope

A new instrument of financing European safety – the assumed effects of SAFE. Its largest beneficiaries in Europe and prioritized areas: defence industry, cyber security, counter drone systems, border protection, infrastructure, innovation in defence. What is there for Poland: scope, scale, distribution. The current (i.e. no legal framework) conditions of using SAFE to pursue the goals accepted by the EU. Institutions and mechanisms that are critical in Poland, and their coordination. Opportunities for the economy and safety provided by international cooperation between participants of SAFE: transfer of technologies, stimulus for export, joint procurement. How to use the funds allocated within the programme in a broad and long-term perspective, i.e. to increase Poland's competitive advantage and improve its economic standing?
