Retired Superintendent (Police General), co-founder of the service for combating organized crime; Deputy Chief of Polish National Police from 2000 to 2003; Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration from 2007 to 2011, and Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior from 2011 to 2012.
Since 2012, he has been managing Kancelaria Bezpieczeństwa Rapacki i Wspólnicy Sp. K., a consulting firm specializing in broadly understood business security. Over 14 years of its operations, KB Rapacki i Wspólnicy Sp. K. has completed more than 1,000 projects for entire industries as well as for the largest Polish and international companies.
President of the Management Board of the Association of Police Generals of the Republic of Poland. Chairman of the Security Committee at the Business Centre Club.
