Director of Human Resources Management and Organizational Culture at the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego), and a member of its National Board. She is a personal development consultant and team mentor who has been training and managing various teams for 20 years. She is a co creator of the DrogowskazyKultury.org tool and supports organizations in working with organizational culture.
She continuously broadens her horizons, drawing on areas such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), self reg, agile, design thinking, and strengths- and talent-based approaches. She holds a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach credential. She has completed professional relationship and leadership trainings certified by The Center for Nonviolent Communication, courses in organizational culture at the EY Academy of Business, and training in facilitating public dialogue at The Nansen Center — all to more effectively support people and organizations in their development.
