She has delivered more than 200 executive search projects for international and Polish companies, covering positions with local, regional (CEE, EMEA), and global scope.
Previously, she spent nearly two decades with Page Executive and Michael Page, where in 2014 she launched Page Executive’s operations in Poland. She is actively involved in initiatives supporting leadership development and diversity, including LiderShe and the 30% Club. She is a regular speaker at conferences and frequently comments in the media on leadership, the labor market, and executive careers in Poland and globally.
