Is responsible for leading and implementing People & Culture initiatives in Poland. Her role focuses on supporting the delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery’s strategic objectives at both global and local levels.
She joined TVN Warner Bros. Discovery in 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. Previously, she worked at Ernst & Young Poland, where she served as HR Director. She has extensive experience in human resources management, HR consulting, and executive development programmes. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Neumann Leadership, a leadership advisory firm, and served as President of Hudson Global Resources in Poland.
Alongside her professional career, she is actively engaged in social initiatives. Between 2016 and 2021, she served as President of the Management Board of the Polish Businesswomen Leaders Foundation (Fundacja Liderek Biznesu).
She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw in 1993 and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Oslo.
