Has been working with Adecco Group for over 25 years, holding the position of Country Manager in the years 2007–2019, being also responsible for the overall strategic operations of Adecco in Romania in the years 2010-2011 and again 2014-2015. The President of the Polish HR Forum since 2010 and vice president of the Lewiatan Confederation since 2019 – the largest organisation of employers in Poland. Closely connected with American Chamber of Commerce – leading as Chairman the HR Committee, participating also in Business Council of Polish Olympic Committee. A board member of WEC World Employment Confederation - Europe for 8 years. A respected HR expert in Poland and globally, actively participating in the processes of creating and giving opinions on labour law and in the most important conferences and symposia on employment. Repeatedly awarded in prestigious rankings of the most influential women in the recruitment industry in the world, including Staffing Industry Analysts' – Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing, Businesswoman of the Year 2013 or Man of the Year 2019. Anna Wicha combines practical work experience with academic knowledge. She graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, the Silesian School of Economics and the Institute of Management Development in Lausanne. Privately, a tennis enthusiast. For over a dozen years associated with this discipline, winner of many awards and distinctions. She has won the Amateur Polish Championships and Family Tennis Tournaments many times.
