Serves as the President and Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA Retail in Poland. Previously, she held the position of Regional Director. She has been with IKEA for over 20 years, initially working within the company’s Russian operations, where she held, among others, the role of Country Human Resources Director. She later moved to Sweden to work directly with the CEO of the IKEA Retail. After that, she took on the role of Market Director in Barcelona before relocating to Poland in 2021.
