Patrycja Balcerzak
Sports Activist, TV Pundit, Poland Women’s National Football Team Player (2011–2021)
Patrycja Balcerzak is the Sporting Director of the Women’s Football Department at Widzew Łódź, a former Poland international, a UEFA A coach, a media expert, and an advocate for the development of women’s football. She earned 78 caps for the Poland national team and scored 15 goals, while at club level she played in the Polish Ekstraliga, the Bundesliga, and Spain’s Liga F. Today, she combines her sporting, coaching, and managerial experience to support the growth of women’s football in Poland. She leads the Women’s Football Department at Widzew Łódź, serves as a member of the Polish FA Women’s Football Commission, works as a TVP Sport expert, and is the president of the Balcerzak Cup project. Through her work, she shows that women’s football can be an important sporting, social, and business project.
