With thirty years of professional experience, he specializes in sales and technology development. He began his career by establishing sales networks and leading training and marketing departments in the financial sector. As the Director of Cloud Digital Transformation and a board member of the Polish branch of Microsoft, he managed implementations and maintenance of services for leading clients in the public, energy, industrial, banking, and insurance sectors. He was also the initiator and leader of the Poland Digital Valley project, a $1 billion investment aimed at raising digital competencies in Poland.
Moreover, for over a decade, he has been actively involved in mentoring young talents in the technology sector, collaborating with initiatives such as Vital Voices Chapter Poland and FutureUP by BNP Paribas Poland. His extensive experience and commitment to the development of digital skills in Poland form a solid foundation for future growth and innovation at EY Poland.
