President, FC Medyk Konin, Federation of Women’s Football Clubs

A coach, sports activist, and one of the most important figures in the development of women’s football in Poland.

Founder and long-time coach of Medyk Konin – a club considered one of the best “talent factories” in the country. Under his leadership, the team won four Polish championships and nine Polish Cups, and regularly competed in the UEFA Women’s Champions League (20 matches).

Since 1985, he has been continuously associated with Medyk – as a coach, president, and mentor to successive generations of players, including Pajor, Dudek, Kamczyk, Patalon, Gawrońska, Balcerzak, and Tokarska. Throughout his career, he has also been a coach of Poland’s youth national team (1991–1997) and a head coach of the Poland women’s national team (2011–2013). He is currently the president of Medyk Konin.

One of the initiators of the creation of the Women’s Football Clubs Federation and its first president, actively involved in the development of structures and the professionalization of the sport.

Known as a visionary and initiator of youth competitions in women’s football in Poland. For over four decades, he has consistently been building the foundations of women’s football in the country.
