He graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as in Management and Production Engineering from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He also completed doctoral studies at the Collegium of Business Administration of the Warsaw School of Economics.
During his studies, he undertook a scholarship in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering at Vitus Bering University College. He is also a graduate of the ARGO Top Public Executive managerial program (equivalent to an Advanced Management Program), delivered by IESE Business School in cooperation with the National School of Public Administration.
He began his professional career by participating in projects involving audits of financial statements of financial institutions, business valuation, and the detection of financial crimes and fraud. He later prepared economic, market, and sectoral analyses, as well as macroeconomic forecasts.
He worked at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and subsequently at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, where he served as Director of the Department of Economic Analysis until 25 August 2019.
From 26 August 2019 to 26 January 2020, he served as Vice President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and since 27 January 2020, he has been President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
