Tomasz Miłkowski

Retired Brigadier General of the State Protection Service, Director, Institute of Security Studies, Akademia Humanitas

Director of the Institute of Security Sciences, lecturer. He has held leadership and management positions in several uniformed services. Among others, he served as Deputy Provincial Police Commander in Wrocław, Provincial Police Commander in Krakow, and subsequently as Head of the Government Protection Bureau, and (after its transformation) Commander of the State Protection Service. He also served for several years as an advisor to the Silesian Voivode. During his decades-long professional career, he participated in numerous operations conducted in crisis conditions as well as in security and protection operations.
